The Tradies is committed to providing members with an excellent experience every time. The following applies to all members and their invited guests:

House Rules

At The Tradies, we’re all about keeping things friendly, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone. Here are a few simple things that help make that happen.

Respect for All

We expect all members and guests to treat our staff and each other with courtesy, integrity, and honesty. Disrespectful behaviour — including harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. The Tradies should be a safe, positive space for everyone.

Respect for Our Club

We ask that all members and guests treat The Tradies’ property with care and avoid causing any damage. This helps us keep the club safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

Families

We love seeing families here. Children are welcome until 9:30 pm and need to stick to family-friendly areas with a parent or carer. Bars, gaming areas, and some outdoor spaces are just for the grown-ups.

What to Wear

 Neat, casual clothing works perfectly. We just ask you to skip:

  • Baseball caps, hoods, or beanies (unless for medical or religious reasons)

  • Anything torn, dirty, or damaged

  • Clothing with offensive language or images

Feeling Safe

Your wellbeing is important to us. We follow clear safety practices so you can relax and enjoy yourself while you’re here.

Gaming Responsibly

We want gaming to stay fun — and we’re here to help if it ever stops feeling that way. If you or someone you know needs support, both The Tradies and Relationships Australia are here for you. You can call Relationships Australia on 1800 858 858 for free, confidential support at any time, or speak to one of our floor supervisors or duty managers for support on-site. If you’d like to take a break or exclude yourself from gaming, we’ll guide you through the process with care and complete confidentiality.

Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly how we collect, use, and protect your information — whether it’s contact details for your membership, booking information for a function or hotel stay, or participation in promotions and rewards. We only collect what’s necessary to provide you with great service, and we never share your information without your consent, unless required by law.
