Parking Availability & Access 

A parking study conducted in May 2025 found peak usage was 64% at 1:00 PM on a Tuesday.  The study did not include Southwell Park, which offers additional capacity nearby.  All parking areas are within walking distance of Dickson shops, services, and public transport.  Short-stay and unrestricted options are prioritised around the retail core.  Additional on-street parking is not included in the figures above.
