Created especially for the ClubsACT Cook for a Cause competition, this limited-time dish showcases premium Australian seafood, seasonal produce and fragrant Asian-inspired flavours.
Australian orange roughy and banana prawns are delicately poached in a mild, aromatic curry, creating a balanced and comforting dish served with vegetables and steamed jasmine rice.

ABOUT COOK FOR A CAUSE
Cook for a Cause is an annual ClubsACT initiative that brings together clubs across the ACT to showcase the creativity and talent of their chefs while raising funds for the Canberra Hospitals Foundation.
Participating dishes are judged on taste, presentation, execution, creativity, sustainability and customer appeal by a panel of judges and Secret Shoppers.
We’re proud to take part in this year’s competition and help raise funds for an important local cause.
