Celebrate the Year of the Horse with our limited-time Lunar New Year Chef’s Selections menu, available 28 January – 1 March 2026 at Essence Restaurant.
Inspired by the bold, fragrant flavours of Asia and designed for sharing, the menu brings family and friends together over dishes that honour tradition while offering a contemporary dining experience.

2. Prosperous Lion Dance Performance: Sat 21 Feb from 6pm

As part of our Lunar New Year celebrations, we look forward to welcoming the back to The Tradies the Canberra Prosperous Mountain Dragon and Lion Dance for a vibrant Lion Dance performance. Featuring powerful percussion and colourful lions, this performance brings energy, movement and cultural tradition to the celebration.
